How do you naturally communicate with others?
Communication is not just about what you say. It is about how you think, how you process information, how you make decisions, and how other people experience you. Most communication challenges are not caused by bad intentions. They are caused by differences in preferences, priorities, and perspectives.
This assessment helps you understand your natural communication style and how it shapes your interactions. Each style brings strengths. Each has blind spots. No style is better than another. The goal is not to become someone else. The goal is to communicate with greater awareness and intention.
There are no perfect scores.
There is only awareness.
Awareness creates choice.
Choice creates impact.
How to answer
This assessment has two short parts. First come 40 either/or choices — for each pair, pick the statement that feels more natural or typical of you. Answer based on how you generally communicate today, not how you think you should. Your first instinct is usually the most accurate.
Then eight statements about your growth, answered on a five-point scale. You can move backward at any point to change an answer.
There are no perfect scores. There is only awareness.
Where are you right now?
These aren't scored. They help tailor what comes next. Skip them if you'd rather go straight to your results.
Your communication style
Most people can access all four styles when needed. Under pressure or when communicating naturally, most of us lean on one. Your highest-scoring style is your natural preference. These results are not a label. They are a mirror. The more aware you become of your natural tendencies, the more flexibility you gain in how you connect, influence, collaborate, and lead.
